The Aracatiaçu River is one of the region's natural treasures, where you can spend practically the whole day exploring or return to explore in different ways. The most famous attractions are Ilha das Ostras, Túnel do Mangue, Lagoa da Cobra, Porto de Areia and the mouth of the river, where you can see where the river meets the sea and where Tio Clé's tent is located. It is important to tell your buggy driver that you wish to include the boat tour, as he will stop by your guesthouse 30 minutes beforehand and schedule a meeting with a boatman in advance. The sunset tour usually leaves at 4pm from your guesthouse and when it includes the boat tour, it starts 30 minutes earlier, leaving at 3:30pm.
